Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the timepiece in its original presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring the security seal is intact.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number to monitor the status of your return to our facility.
